Con-X-us is an app-based control that allows you to monitor and operate your system from a distance. Handy if you want to do a status check, change the parameters or if something unexpected occurs, you’ll get an alert via e-mail and you can grant (temporary) access to your maintenance officer or even one of our after sales people at Lochinvar to help you solve the issue and to ensure the hot water supply for your business.
Touch screen technology makes the Con-X-us ancillary easy to use and easy to install. Colour coded alerts show when the system needs attention and provide solutions.
Until 31 December 2018, we provide the Con-X-us module for your Herald boiler free of charge.
