Mike Barkas joins the business as a Technical Support Engineer focusing on renewable technologies such as Heat Pumps and Solar Thermal. Mike has a wealth of experience in the industry having worked across technical, installation and sales. Mike’s industry knowledge and variety of skills means that he will be able to hit the ground running and add immediate value to our customers.
In addition, Niall Higgins has moved from his role as Service Technician to become Technical Support Representative. Niall will now be based at the our Banbury HQ providing technical support and advice to customers.
As a result of the change in roles we have welcomed back Kyle Dean to the business who was previously an apprentice between 2014 – 2019.
Kyle takes up the role of Service Technician and will work alongside the other four members of the team who visit customers for on-site service, maintenance and technical support.
Technical Service Manager Will Griffiths said; “2021 was a strong year for the business and the signs so far are that 2022 is going to be the same. As a business we focus heavily on the service we offer our customers and due to increased demand we saw it necessary to increase our headcount with high-quality recruits”.
