Herald Gas-fired Condensing Boilers with Con-X-us App-based control
In addition to enjoying all the standards benefits of our high-efficiency Herald boilers, they can now be controlled and monitored from literally anywhere in the world.
Con-X-us is a mobile application, which allows the use to monitor and change parameters from anywhere. This Remote Connect is available as an option on the Herald boiler.
The application has a full-function interactive display and can be controlled via touch screen technology. Con-X-us users have the possibility to allow temporary access to others; for example your maintenance/facility management contractor or even Lochinvar Ltd aftersales support. This is designed to allow issues to be identified and resolved as quickly as possible, reducing the potential of heating system down time.
Home screen alerts show when the system needs attention. It describes the problem and provides solutions. Therefore, a quick response is always possible which can save time and money.
The app also has the ability to send alerts via e-mail or text message if there’s any problem and the user can also assign levels of access to the system for up to three additional service personnel.
There is a retrofit option for existing Herald installations, and for new orders for Herald boilers with Con-X-us, the device is fitted prior to despatch.
The Con-X-us app is free and you can download it anytime you want; an internet connection is required to operate.
