Imperium™ – Integrated Low-Carbon Heating Solution for 96-Apartment Residential Complex

Introduction

A 96-studio residential complex has been successfully upgraded with a fully integrated low-carbon heating solution as part of an extensive renovation project.

The client required a future-ready system capable of delivering efficient, reliable heating while supporting long-term sustainability goals. Beyond the product selection itself, the project demanded a collaborative approach with technical support throughout the design, specification and delivery stages.

Solution

Following detailed consultation and system evaluation, Lochinvar supplied a complete integrated package including:

  • 2x Amicus Altus cascade air-to-water heat pumps using natural refrigerant R290
  • 1x Imperium control system
  • 1x LBT 500-litre buffer tank
  • 1x LBT 1000-litre buffer tank
  • Fully integrated connection of all system components
