Warranty Return Policy Notice
Please be advised that this warranty form is strictly for parts that have been damaged or require replacement under the terms of our warranty policy.
To ensure correct processing:
– The original (old) part must be returned to Lochinvar within 30 days of the warranty request submission.
– Failure to return the part within this 30-day window will result in cancellation of the warranty claim. A replacement part will not be shipped if the original part is not received.
