As part of its continued growth and commitment to customer excellence, Lochinvar is pleased to announce the appointment of two experienced professionals to its UK sales team: Michael Owens as Area Sales Manager for the North East, and Justin Oloriz as Area Sales Manager for the South West.
Michael Owens – Area Sales Manager, North East
With two decades of experience in the commercial heating and hot water industry, Michael Owens brings deep technical knowledge and customer insight to his new role. His career began as an apprentice engineer and progressed through hands-on and managerial positions including Commercial Gas Engineer, Mechanical Estimator, and Contracts Manager for a major contractor. Over time, Michael has also built a strong track record in sales, making him well-placed to support customers across the North East region.
“I’ve had the opportunity to work across multiple facets of the industry,” Michael explains. “From engineering to estimating and project management, I’ve developed a holistic understanding of what customers need. I’m looking forward to getting out and about, meeting both new and familiar faces, and helping them discover the value in Lochinvar’s innovative renewable and high-performance heating and hot water solutions.”
Michael is especially enthusiastic about representing Lochinvar’s premium range of products, seeing this as a key opportunity to build lasting relationships and drive sustainable growth within the region.
Justin Oloriz – Area Sales Manager, South West
Joining Lochinvar’s South West team, Justin Oloriz brings international experience and a strong commercial background to the role. Originally from California, Justin began his career with one of the largest independent plumbing distributors in the United States, focusing on commercial water heating solutions. After relocating to the UK with his family in 2020, he gained experience across several industries before returning to the heating and renewables sector with Lochinvar.
“It’s been quite a journey,” Justin says. “From the US to Devon, and now back into the industry I know and love. I’m excited to meet our customers in the South West and share how Lochinvar’s renewable technologies can support their goals.”
Justin’s passion for sustainability and customer service aligns closely with Lochinvar’s mission to deliver smart, energy-efficient solutions for today’s heating and hot water needs.
