Maintenance Items

Full inspection of system.
Safety checks.
Proper cleaning including descaling/flush of the tank or heat exchanger.
Clean burner assemblies and clear debris from air intakes and vents.
Remove limescale from heating elements.
Performance testing.
Tighten loose electrical or mechanical connections.
Replace worn gaskets and seals.
Adjust gas pressure, burner flame or ignition system.
Inspect and test expansion tanks, check anode rods.
Update maintenance logs and provide written report of findings.
