Our Repair Service
Lochinvar boast a nationwide team of field service engineers who support our customers with out of warranty repairs. Our typical customers include on-site engineers at end-user locations normally locations such as schools, hospitals, retail stores and hotels. Our team can help customers with Lochinvar equipment and work to get your system back up and running again.

Call Out Rate
We charge a standard rate of £318 + VAT for a call out which includes the first hour. Each subsequent hour is charged at £88 +VAT. Please note that prices are subject to change in April 2026.
