Maintenance Items

• Full inspection of system including leaks, corrosion, rust, scale build-up, venting and electrical components. 
• Safety checks such as testing of pressure relief valve, ventilation and water temperature settings. 
• Proper cleaning including descaling/flush of the tank or heat exchanger.
• Clearn burner assemblies and clear debris from air intakes and vents. 
• Remove limescale from heating elements.
• Performance testing.
• Lubricate pumps and moving parts.
• Tighten loose electrical or mechanical connections.
• Replace worn gaskets and seals.
• Adjust gas pressure, burner flame or ignition system.
• Inspect and test expansion tanks, check anode rods. 
• Update maintenance logs for compliance and provide written report of findings highlighting potential future issues.
