New role established as demand increases for replacement water heaters and heat pumps to support decarbonisation projects across major estate portfolios.

Lochinvar is pleased to announce the creation of the Key Account Manager role and Tom Bailey’s appointment into the position. The role is new to the business and will help to provide dedicated support and service to our larger customers with multiple sites as they continue to seek innovative decarbonisation solutions.
The Key Account Manager position was created as Lochinvar has experienced growth in large customers with substantial property portfolios. The sustained demand for water heater replacements and decarbonisation solutions continues to be a driver for estate managers and the creation of this role further strengthens our service capability for these customers and the solutions we can offer.
Tom brings a wealth of experience spanning 20 years from the HVAC industry, having worked for brands such as RWC and Wolseley. Tom has worked in roles such as Specification Manager, Business Development Manager, National Key Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager during his career and is also on the committee for the Industrial Working Group for SoPHE (Society of Public Health Engineers).
