Commercial hot water and heating company Lochinvar has recruited a further two members of staff at its Banbury HQ in response to growing demand for its products and expertise.
Paul Sainz has taken up the role of Internal Sales Assistant whilst Sean Willis has been appointed as Trainee Internal Sales Assistant.
Paul joins Lochinvar with a wealth of experience in customer service having held various technical roles throughout his career with a number of well-known brands across the automotive sector.
Sean joins us as an ambitious trainee, who has spent his career to date in customer service related roles.
The internal sales team at Lochinvar act as a constant point of contact for our customers and are able to work with them to size and select the best applications for their hot water and heating requirements.
Commenting on the appointments, Eelco Van Driel, General Manager at Lochinvar said,“ As our industry continues to recover from the effects of the pandemic it is important that we have the right infrastructure in place to be able to support the needs of our customers.
As a business we are committed to making our customer journey as seamless as possible and the appointment of Paul and Sean will certainly help us do that”.
These latest appointments add to the 4 new hires from Q1 of this year as well as the appointment of Paul Mitchell as Area Sales Manager for the West Midlands, James Stiff as Area Sales Representative for the Cotswolds & South Wales and Abby Dedman as Service Manager.
