## **Servicing**

Lochinvar can provide servicing for your boiler, heat pump or solar thermal system. As you’d expect, all maintenance is carried out in-line with manufacturer’s expectations. Contact our knowledgable service team for more information about booking your Lochinvar system’s service directly with the manufacturer. Our team can provide regular servicing ad-hoc or as part of a maintenance package. Contact us for more information.

## Maintenance Items

- Full inspection of system.
- Safety checks.
- Proper cleaning including descaling/flush of the tank or heat exchanger.
- Clean burner assemblies and clear debris from air intakes and vents.
- Remove limescale from heating elements.
- Performance testing.
- Tighten loose electrical or mechanical connections.
- Replace worn gaskets and seals.
- Adjust gas pressure, burner flame or ignition system.
- Inspect and test expansion tanks, check anode rods.
- Update maintenance logs and provide written report of findings.

Our maintenance packages provide peace of mind to organisations and sites who require support. Whilst some businesses and sites have on-site teams or existing maintenance contracts with facilities maintenance companies, our packages offer a solution for those who might not have the in-house resource or existing contracts to provide reliable and effective maintenance, to ensure the system continues to perform and remains compliant.
