# Lochinvar Unveils its Most Powerful Gas-Fired Condensing Products to Date

**New high-output boiler and water heater range delivers up to 1.2MW from a single unit, combining exceptional efficiency, low emissions and advanced controls for commercial applications.**

Lochinvar has announced the launch of its new[ TTB+](https://lochinvar.ltd.uk/products/ttb/) condensing boiler and [TTW+](https://lochinvar.ltd.uk/products/ttw/) condensing water heater ranges, representing the most powerful gas-fired condensing products ever introduced by the company.

Designed for large-scale commercial and industrial applications, the TTB+ and TTW+ ranges are available in four models, offering outputs from 352kW to 1219kW. The new products provide consulting engineers, contractors and building operators with a high-performance solution capable of delivering exceptional efficiency, reliability and operational flexibility.

Developed around an innovative 316L stainless steel Nhext water tube heat exchanger, the new ranges feature increased coil size and double-row coil technology to maximise heat transfer, durability and seasonal performance. Achieving seasonal efficiencies of up to 96% in the TTW+ and 92.5% in the TTB+.

A standout feature of the TTW+ range is its ability to deliver a recovery rate of 20,969 l/h at a 50°C from a single water heater, making it ideally suited to high-demand domestic hot water (DHW) applications including hospitals, hotels, leisure facilities and large residential developments.

Both product ranges incorporate a fully integrated control system featuring a 7-inch full-colour touchscreen interface. The advanced PCB technology provides continuous monitoring of critical operating parameters, intuitive graphical navigation, comprehensive fault history access, and seamless integration with Building Management Systems through standard Modbus connectivity, with BACnet available as an option.

The TTB+ and TTW+ ranges have been engineered with installation flexibility in mind. Features including integrated lifting lugs, forklift access points and optional levelling castors.

Environmental performance was also a key consideration throughout development. The units deliver ultra-low NOx emissions, while full modulation of up to 8:1 ensures that output closely matches demand, improving efficiency and reducing unnecessary energy consumption. For larger capacity requirements, up to 16 units can be cascaded together.

Future-ready fuel compatibility provides an additional advantage, with certification for Natural Gas and LPG, alongside straightforward field conversion from Natural Gas to LPG where required.
