# Introducing Michael Hewitt – Area Sales Manager

Michael joins the Northern Team working alongside Mark Howard to cover the North East and Yorkshire Areas as Mark works towards retirement at the end of 2023.

Mark has been a hugely valued member of the Lochinvar team since 2017 and has consistently been a firm favourite amongst our customers. Mark will be a big miss and we wish him a happy, healthy and well-deserved retirement.

**Commenting on the appointment, Dave Slevin, Northern Regional Sales Manager at Lochinvar said,** “We are really excited to have Michael join the team. He brings with him a wealth of experience from our industry, which can only add value to our customers. Michael also has a proven track record of implementing renewable solutions on behalf of customers working towards decarbonisation.”

Throughout his career, Michael has held various roles within the HVAC sector, most recently working with a well-known renewables business based in Newcastle-upon Tyne.

Michael will spend the rest of the year working alongside Mark to meet with customers and gain a solid understanding of the Lochinvar portfolio of products.

**When asked about joining Lochinvar Michael said.** “Having been in and around the industry for the vast majority of my career I would often come across Lochinvar products in the field. When I saw the role advertised I was immediately interested in the opportunity. After speaking with Dave for the first time, I was convinced this was the right role for me and I can’t wait to meet our customers and get started.”
